Weird things happen in Dodge Junction. This is common knowledge. It's been going on for years.
When the Equestrian Doctor and his companions land however, they meet up with a certain Raggedy Man, who says that he's here to help.
Things are disappearing. No one can remember the town preacher. There is no town doctor.
And Discord himself is present, warning AJ and the Crusaders that the Doctors might be the most dangerous beings alive.
The Doctor must be careful here, a Silence has fallen over Dodge Junction

There are multiple silents, and the White Guardian mentioned that it "didn't belong" so it's obviously something else.
First off, the Eleventh Doctor is never going to mention the war incarnation in public to a bunch of ponies. Even if they were his companions, this Doctor is at the end of series 6, well before Day of the Doctor and Name of the Doctor. Before NotD, it was his greatest secret, other than his name.
Second, I bet the linchpin is Discord.
Third if Doctor Whooves regenerates again during this story, he'll have the shortest lifespan of any Doctor, clocking in at ...a week maybe?
I dunno, if each story is one episode, then the quintet is 5 episodes, about 4 hours.

My mind could be doing the whole pulling-bits-together-to-find-a-viable-answer-thing but I don't think the silence is there just for the doctor... I may be wrong... Also how are the different whovian monsters turning up? I know there are things in the universe that can do it but I don't think the monsters are being brought there for a single climax. Maybe if you did a tardis-jump-across-multiple-times-ending
Also. What about a splinter effect? Used properly it can be used to punch every person in the universe simultaneously.

Is the pony Doctor is that some point going to regeneration into the Peter Capaldi!Doctor? And if so then will he be a Griffon? Because if the Master can regeneration into a changeling so why not The Doctor can regeneration into a Griffon and I can Peter Capaldi being a Griffon.
