i haven't seen that many of the old dr who eps but I'm guessing the hand of omega is used in the obtaining of stars for the creation of the eye of harmony for a tardis.
also. aren't tardises grown? and aren't they grown in black holes?
a synthetic tardis would be possible just more difficult. and would possibly require more energy. in extension that would mean making an eye of harmony out of a star that has been struck by magic for a thousand years would be a good choice.
I'm probably wrong and have just thrown my understanding into a bowl and tipped out this rant but i cant help being mad!
The way the Doctor puts it, that sounds very appealing.
Cadence can drink the potion when they Everyfree attacks, and just think of how awesome it would be if a mere unicorn absorbed the magic of 3 alicorns. A new timeline!
