This story is a sequel to Doctor Whooves 3: The End of the Universe
While it's only been five months for Twilight, but for The Doctor, it's been two years. Now he's returned to Equestria and is back as the 10th Doctor, and Twilight is very glad to see him. Looking for a break from her royal duties, The Doctor takes Twilight to where he comes from, which just happens to land at Canterlot High. But, the vacation is cancelled when a student is dead with a strange virus of Zygon origin. With the help of Sunset Shimmer, The Doctor and Twilight must save all mankind from the fatal Zygon disease.

5483053 Actually, it's a tenth Doctor line. In the 2007 Christmas Special, The Doctor told the host to take him to their leader, and then said "I've always wanted to say that." Though, there may be a Jelly Baby reference in number five...
5483793 Part 3 had the Master, so part 5 is too soon for him/her to return. Besides, part 5 is currently being written, and part 6 already has a storyline idea, as well as part 7. To be honest, I don't really have a part 8 storyline yet, so I'll think about it.

I actually don't read proofread my fanfictions, though it would probably be a good idea, as my next Doctor Whooves stories are a 2 parter.
