It's very interesting that there's no actual laughing dialog, which I always imagine is annoying to write. I also love the characterization given to Celestia and Luna, very good job!

I usually don't rely on it.
Some really bad ones do laughing dialogue all the time, and to me, it just feels like filler.
If a character is just laughing, I don't think you need to know every syllable.
However, if they're trying to talk back, I'll write what they're saying mixed in with their hysterics, but I won't drag it out to make it all fit on one line.
