Really awesome story. I dig the dual perspectives to give us a more detailed peek into their heads. Don't worry about the dislikes, I'm sure they're coming from vehement anthro haters that never learn to read tags.

I usually don't rely on it.

Some really bad ones do laughing dialogue all the time, and to me, it just feels like filler.

If a character is just laughing, I don't think you need to know every syllable.

However, if they're trying to talk back, I'll write what they're saying mixed in with their hysterics, but I won't drag it out to make it all fit on one line.
