For one while I'm not super into the feather tickling idea like *some* people are I still found this story very detailed. I didn't feel an overwhelming lustful desire but it certainly did have my attention at all times. What surprised me was your attention to detail being like just about every tickle story I've come across in the slow build up and ending in usually begging for pleasure coming from the tickling. Shining was a bit OOC with him being a dom but it fit for the story's sake. I really enjoyed your descriptions, too. For somebody who claims not to have a tickle kink they sure are just handing me a million ideas.
My only criticism is not being rougher with tickling. Go to paintbrushes and hairbrushes and forks and magically created claws.
Also write a prequel story with him and Spike "experimenting" like you hinted too. I bet Spike is the one who taught Shining to be a big dom.

I saw this in the popular stories, and I was super hyped up to read it, because I am a sucker for a tickle fics.
And damn, you sure know how to tease and break a pony. I mean, begging to be tickled to be brought to orgasm? How humiliating to come to terms with your own fetish, especially to say 'tickle', which I know a lot of tickle nuts have trouble saying out loud.
