At least you think about them regaining their mind, I've seen a few fanfic writers that make sure the characters minds never return to normal or make them mind numbing bimbo's who only care about sex.

This is some good writing. You do a lot with just 5k words. There's a lot of good attention to detail, though I feel it's something that needs a second reading from me. Writing tickling stories is weird to me, but this story comes off pretty natural, given all the things that are happening at once to Sweetie.
It's still hard to wrap my mind around a 500 hour treatment though. Nearly 3 weeks in captivity with nonstop stimulation - yeah her mind would be shattered, or at least her body would respond to stimulation differently for the maybe the rest of her life. It left me wondering what their 'master' is going to do to them after that kind of treatment - anything one person does to them might not really matter anymore? Regular sex wouldn't feel as stimulating after being locked in that machine for so long, maybe? I can imagine them being touched, just picked up off the ground, would result in screams due to over stimulated nerves.
All the same though, this was a great story and one that makes me a little inspired to write something for Caroo too. Good job on doing this ^_^

Wow, a comment and complement from you on this story is pretty sweet.
Honestly, writing a big massive torture mindbreaking thing hasn't been something I'm all too familiar writing. I'm comfortable doing it, I just have little experience in it. It was made easier with the fact that it was tickling and not complete tentacle hentai. I'm glad that you and Caroo approve of it though.
As for what happens next, I figured it best to leave it ambiguous. If I was given more words to work with, I'd probably stick with increasing detail on the different phases, maybe add a a paragraph or two to Apple Bloom and Scootaloo's sections, I'm sure Caroo would've paid, but I didn't wanna disappoint and wanted to make sure I can could it out in time. I'm sure they'll have hypersensitive nerves for a very long time, or at least feel so needy that they'll be begging for tickles. Scootaloo will have to learn to live with being a hermaphrodite.
Still, glad you took the time to read and comment on it!

Perhaps it could have been more effective if the images were of Scootaloo and Applebloom faithfully serving their master.
Just as a suggestion, you could say Futa-scootaloo instead of what you have.
