But the story simply skips this entire bit.

7588421 That's my problem. I've read most of your stories. There's only one other story on here that made me feel even worse. It was horrible, but the whole thing was so incredibly well written and paced. I can never remember what it's called.
The basic plot is that Luna never turned into Nightmare moon so for a thousand years, Celestia and Luna have been these unreachable deities that rarely come out in public. The story focuses on Blueblood who goes around and brutally kills off the main 6 (and they all do different things, like Twilight is Celestia's ex-pupil who turned crazy, Rainbow Dash is a nun, Pinkie Pie is a gypsy, that kind of stuff) and in the end there's a rebellion that makes sure Celestia, Luna, and Blueblood are turned into stone.

That's "120 Days of Blueblood". It was based on "120 Days of Sodom".
I haven't seen the original, but I saw comments indicating that it was pretty closely followed, and I'm guessing that's where some of the oddity for me came from. Putting Rainbow's name on someone else's character, for instance, just didn't feel as hot as having Rainbow Dash herself in the same situation, for me at least. It's good, but the lack of creative departure from the original kept it from being great for me.

Also a big thing is that I get bored by scat if it drags on for too long without being paired with some kind of sexual activity. I'm sure they paired it with sex later, but I got bored before I got to that part. If someone's into scat, I'd definitely point them towards that story, but it's not interesting to me.

Also I was a little disappointed that some of the other parts weren't fleshed out. For instance, I'd have liked detail for the necro-fun with Rarity rather than just stating that it happened.

So I recognize that it's well-written, but it wasn't about things that get me going. I do like the author, since there aren't many that make rape/snuff type stories with serious plots, whether lifted or not. Most are just troll fics and reading those interest me about as much as dry toast.

BUT the original was written in the 1700's, which means freaks like us have been around a long time, and that makes me feel fuzzy inside.
