Whoa... That was insane! As a fan of King Sombra, I gotta say, you did very well with capturing the sight of one who had never seen him before! Most don't take the time to put into how or why Sombra was considered so terrifying, and most of the time, it's usually satirized and not taken as seriously. I see tons of fics, including my own, unfortunately, that repeat his description and take from his intimidating posture. Thankfully, there are some people who have managed to capture his likeliness in their own words, and you have done well to do that!

Thank you for the very kind words! As soon as the Season 3 premiere finished airing I felt Sombra was underutilized, especially considering he had so much potential. To see all the parodies coming out from the fandom, while fun, was kind of disheartening. For this story especially I wanted to recapture this monster's dark mystique and sense of power, so I took influence from another villain who's needed a good return to form over the years: Dracula. Compared to Bram Stoker's original creation, modern interpretations are just plain sad. Neither monster is an angsty woobie, or a damn neutered sparkling heartthrob! *Cough* bias *Cough* All I'm saying is these lords of evil need their thrones back, and I hope to help in that regard for at least one of them.
