If you were a god, what would you represent? In Connors case, he would like nothing more than to be the god of insanity. A "mad god" if you will.
But after discovering an ancient, sealed passageway to Equestria in a nearby park, Connor get's his wish to become Equestrias god of insanity, Mad Mind.
But after days of living in Equestria, he soon learns that being a god-prince is not exactly all fun and games.
Even if you are a mad god-prince.

Well, that's a very boring and overused way to estabolish your characer's appearence. You should sprinkle the descriotion like so: the wind blew through his (color) hair... blah blah blah, plot plot plot... Mud on his favorite (style) shirt. Don't do the info dump.

He gets turned into a pony? Well, that's no fun. Turning into a pony is to cliché. If he really does become the ton of insanity, it would make sense for him to not make any sense. To do that, being either a human or a pony would make far too much sense. Maybe a Draconequus, or a chimera, or some other creature that more accurately represents insanity... I take back my excluding of being a human. Nothing comes even close to matching the human race in a contest of "lowest sanity levels".

You could turn Connor into the elements of insanity.
It would be quite the sight, and it actually insipired me to write my own story about Gods, which would be a nice brake from my usual 'Human > Murderer > Judgement > Death' stories.

2769135 The story itself will be called 'Insanity' and i'm basing this around your story, This will actually be my first ponyfied story i've ever written.
I will put up Seven gods, one of them being Connor, And have him overcome multiple tasks and such to cause Equestria to succumb into insanity, but this won't be one-sided!
I'll introduce a new OC, The eight God... God of Sanity, as cliché as it may sound this is the best I can come up with, but instead of having Connor and Roland (Yes, that's the name I picked) fight to nail and bone, i'll have them be brothers, Brothers which did not come into existance before Roland was tossed out of his own world the same way Connor was, Roland had the same idéa as Connor, but then he thought 'In a world where everyone is insane... Wouldn't a God of sanity be good to have?', So Connor and Roland will end up as brothers and friends, unaware that Connor is trying to corrupt the world with insanity, Roland goes on with his life as normal.
And unaware that Roland is attempting to influence his sanity into Equestria, Connor will have a heck of a ride trying to figure out why and how his insanity is being blocked.

2771328 I'm portraying him quite weak minded, but still being able to hold his Sanity agains the god of Chaos and god of Insanity, so Stability is out of the picture, I don't know how i'dd pull of 'Reason' because i'm already 3 chapters complete in, just starting on the 4th, i've been portraying Roland as the Angel of Sanity more like it, being a new god and all, he can just bearly stand up to the two most insane creatures to ever exist: Mad Mind and Discord.
