Five years after her coronation, Twilight has to inform her friends of her biggest secret after denying Applejack's and Rainbow's request to turn one of Sweet Apple Acres Barns into a Bar/Restaurant.

After Planet Aether has been brought to peace and stabilized, Samus Aran doesn't get much rest when she's sent to reconnoiter a nameless planet on the edge of Galactic Federation space. Ostensibly, she was supposed to determine the size of a Space Pirate operation that was mining Phazon on this planet... and mark the place for a quick strike by Federation forces if it came down to it.

But when things become much more complicated beyond what her mission brief had stated, she may find that her fate and those of some unlikely allies may be intertwined. The battle that rages on the ground in a fight for survival and duty may have Samus questioning herself when a new front in an undeclared, nameless war is opened... in her mind.

Seeing potential in Tempest Shadow and Discord's budding friendship, Twilight Sparkle assigns them the task of helping the Storm King's old soldiers reintegrate into society. But the appearance of a vicious creature in one of their southern towns threatens to destroy their newfound freedom, and so far from Equestria, it's up to Tempest and Discord to defeat it.

Tempest Shadow is a changed pony. The fall of the Storm King has shown her the power and magic of friendship. Now she is travelling the country spreading the news of the Storm King’s defeat and sharing what she learned about friendship.

Nopony is born a hero. It is only through their actions that they become as such. And not all heroes start out as outstanding citizens. Some of them started out as victims of fate who turned to unlawful practices as a means of living.

Cloud Clipper was a pony who never had the luxury of a family that could care for him. He did what he had to do in order to survive. Even if it meant living a life of crime serving as a deckhand in a smuggler vessel. Still, he made a decent wage and had adventurous life.

Eventually his luck ran out and the law caught up to him and his crew. His happy day's are done. Or so he thought. Because instead of a sentence, they offered him a choice. Face trial and lose or try his luck and enter basic training in order join the Penal Guard, an elite class of reformed criminals within Princess Twilight's Harmony Guard.

The choice was obvious, but unbeknownst to him, his life and that of those around him would never be the same.

After spreading the world of the Storm King's demise, Tempest Shadow feels it is time to further atone for her role in his attrocities by leading an attack on Klugetown to liberate the slaves being imprisioned and sold there. After a rousing speech to convince Equestria's Royal Guard, and an appeal to Queen Novo's desire to make up for years and years of cowering in Seaquestria, an army of ponies and hippogriffs is ready to shatter Verko's hold on the town. With Tempest Shadow, Princess Twilight Sparkle, Spike, Starlight Glimmer, and the other five Element Bearers leading the charge, victory is all but assured.

What's more, two of the brave creatures among this army are about to have meetings that will significantly alter the course of their lives.
