Cloud Chaser is injured saving Rainbow Dash from certain death! At least that's how Rainbow Dash would put it.

After saving Dash, Chaser is in for a long recovery, when Dash promises anything in gratitude Chaser knows just the thing. Chaser tasks Dash with looking after her sister Flitter. Flitter is far less than pleased with the idea. But she ends up accepting that it might be good for her.

So this current series is a series of three ships of the main six with background ponies, Rainbow Dash, Rarity, and Applejack. These three are "get together" stories for them. There'll be another series where I continue these stories and add in the other main six, probably. I can't guarantee anything since I haven't planned them out! :D

I've added an in story dating system to the stories as the stories are actually somewhat intertwined so for any of you who are reading all of them they'll be easier to line up.

Era: Pre-Season One right before the Elements of Harmony get together. (See an Index of my canon-compliant tales sorted by Season).

An entry in the Imposing Sovereigns III Competition using the prompt: [(Cloud Chaser) / (Determination)]. As required, Cloud Chaser is in a "position of power" over her minor sister, whom she is determined to take care of. To be fair, "Princess" Flitter is also demonstrating determination about improving herself and getting what she wants. Rainbow Dash shows determination as a leader, but she's not the focus.

After so long of thinking, planning, and worrying, Rumble has finally worked up the courage to ask out his crush Flitter out on a date. While thinking about what could happen, worrying about being rejected, Rumble tries to think of the positive. He thinks of Flitter's lovely smile, gentle eyes, lovely body, and above all else, her beautiful hooves.

This is the original version of the first story I've ever written, over the course of three months as a brand new writer in late 2014.

I'm including these chapters here as a record of how the story looked when it began. This was the prototype for what would, over many years, become Black Feather. The story has gone through multiple complete rewrites, but this was the initial version. Enjoy reading my clumsy first steps into the world of writing!

In the midst of Limestone and Fleetfoot preparing to move to Ponyville, it turns out that the breezie migration is going straight through Ponyville. While Lotus and Saffron help them out, Amethyst and Flitter go to help organize the migration. But it turns out that Twirly is going to majorly disrupt the event, even if it is unintentionally.

When the earth ponies of Ponyville started lashing out against the unicorns and pegasi, Flitter and Cloudchaser retreated to a home in the clouds. Cut off from Ponyville and Cloudsdale, they had no warning when the Legion of Doom overran Equestria, bringing the windigos and eternal winter with them. With supplies running low, they come to terms with their mortality and the feelings deep inside them.

But perhaps their love for one another will keep them alive long enough to make it through the storm.

Wishingtide is known for many things, but one of them is the vast amounts of goods shipped during the holiday. Wanting a break from all the complex preparations involved with Zephyr Heights Wishingtide Royal Carousel Concert (placeholder title), Pipp pops out for some air and to take a look in the windows of department stores.
