Once upon a Labor Day, Admiral Biscuit wrote a series of stories about ponies working everyday jobs on Earth. He then challenged the rest of us to write stories in the same vein. Key word— it was a challenge, not a contest. And plenty of authors have been up to that challenge.

So the Not-A-Contest was born.
