How they got here is unimportant. How a simpleton from a medical fantasy world learned to drive is irrelevant. Why a talking tree man and an owl are trying to get lucky with human ladies is of little interest. How and when these character met.... may be explained in a prequel if you really need to know. Either way, three verbally challenged gents will be crashing New York's finest club for a night of drinking, dancing, and humping.

Meanwhile, Rainbow Dash pesters Tony Stark for an Iron Mare suite and Twilight and Cersei Lannister have an awkward chat about sibling love.

Alowicious "Owl" Nocturnus has always wanted to be a pilot in the Equestrian Mech Program. But after failing to qualify, he settles as a technician, helping to maintain the machines at their Canterlot base.
After he is accidentally run through a training simulation, however, the AI Twilight Sparkle selects him to be her pilot, sending him down a path he thought lost to him.

However, a dark force is rising in the nation of Griffonia. One which seeks vengeance for past wrongs. One which desires to see Canterlot, and all of Equestria, fall.

Despite still not having completed his training, Owl must lead a squad of fellow misfit pilots to take on Griffonia. But with a team consisting of a glory hog, a overcautious prodigy, an antisocial loner, a mute orphan, and a depressed alcoholic, the job might be harder than expected.

NOTE: The prologue consists of worldbuilding and a little bit of context, but otherwise has little to do with the main story. Characters within the prologue will not persist beyond it. Feel free to skip the prologue if you feel you can pick up the situation from context.

On what began as simply another day in the life of Twilight Sparkle, one near and dear to her becomes fairly ill. She calls on veterinarian Fluttershy for aid. Though she may not be prepared for what her friend has to say.

I got the idea for this story last year when I had to put two of my cats to sleep.

Ahuizotl plans on stealing something from Rainbow and her friends after they stole his victory, the title would imply their pets but... it's their pets.

Oh and CMC do stuff... kinda.

Twilight asks for assistance from Fluttershy which a spell malfunctions. Fluttershy is warped into a strange world a bit like hers, except the strange monkey-like creatures are out to find her. Will she be able to get home? Or will she forever remain on the run?

With her potion making skills improving, Apple Bloom gained Twilight's permission to borrow a book about potion making. Not so long later, when the Cutie Mark Crusaders decided to make and use a potion to make things fly like magical pixie dust in a famous story. However, due to a mistake, the Crusaders ended up brewing a potion that obviously did not fulfil what they originally wanted it to do, but also accidentally spilled it onto themselves, turning them into birds.

As birds, the Cutie Mark Crusaders discover how different their world became, as they adventure around in their new forms before finding a way to change back to normal.

This story is mainly inspired by the Tangled The Series episode Freebird

This is my fourteenth overall story, and the first to focus on the Cutie Mark Crusaders, as well as the first to have its events taking place during MLP:FIM instead of after. It is also linked to most of my other stories, being a Friendship is Magic story that does not have the alternate universe tag.

Princess Sun Dusk the first happens to be one of the kings most beloved daughters (his only actually)

She has always been curious about the mysterious solid black tower in the courtyard. Her father never answered when she would ask "Daddy, what's in the tower?" He would clearly change the subject like "What do you want for dinner?" or "How was your day?"

He never really told his daughter anything much about the tower, not even about her own mother. She did not even know she had one until one evening when she was at the age of 14 when she snuck into the tower after a dream.

She had found out she had a mother. She was mesmerized. She never knew mothers had even existed! She decided to go on a quest to find her and finally make the king smile.

He NEVER smiled, yet he had a great sense of humor. He only laughed in his deep voice scaring many ponies that ever came to the castle. He did not mean to, it was not his fault.

(Anways) Sun Dusk is the only pony in the kingdom that may or may not have these special powers, she does not have a horn, so she is not a unicorn. She has wings, so she in considered, a pegasister. A pegasister, on a journey.
