Constantine was just driving to work one day when he was whisked away to the magical land of Equestria due to an experiment gone wrong with the mirror portal. He now has to live as his OC, Crucible Spark, in the whimsical world of ponies.
To Twilight's confusion, he refuses to even try to return, saying this is the best day of his life. She allowed him to stay at the castle until she's able to help him become an official citizen of Equestria.
Ponyville now has to deal with an eccentric, precognitive kirin metalsmith who loves to make weird knives, has unlimited cooking supplies, and speaks an unrecognizable language.
There are a lot of 'Human-turned-something in Equestria' stories out there, but there aren't as many humans who are fully accepting of the antics our beloved ponies do as there are grumpy and/or angsty ones. Most of them just suck it up and force themselves to adapt to Equestria's way of life with a facade of happiness, some with foresight try their best to maintain the "canon" to the point of preventing themselves from functioning normally, while others prefer to constantly reject the values of friendship and harmony due to their predicament, making themselves seem distant and uncooperative.
This story is about one of those humans who'll gladly join ponies in their spontaneous musical numbers and wacky shenanigans without hesitation, but will still do human things that'll make the pastel equines question their sanity.

Apologies to my fellow Indonesians on this site for the unfamiliar dialect. I grew up in one of the lesser-known cities in a... less than wealthy province.
