Twilight Sparkle was at school, only trying to get textbooks from her locker before going home and resting. She stumbles upon two unfamiliar, yet somehow familiar faces.

The girls need to figure out what’s happening and how to get them back home.

It has been one thousand years after the fateful encounter between the two sisters. The world now shrouded in everlasting veil of shadow, however fear not the darkness that embrace you but the eternal wrath of the gazing light.

The world has become surprisingly industrialized with most things now being powered through diesel, although the social hierarchy has become radically different, as the Bat Pony now consider themselves to be the chosen people by the goddess of the night herself is treated with respect and having considerable authority, while other ponies kinds such as Earth Pony and Pegasus are mostly seen as dispensable worker. The only exception is the unicorn due to their aptitude in magic.

The story follows a promising unicorn by the name of Twilight Sparkle who is supposed to navigate her life in a study environment but due to some forsaken luck, she ends up having to traverse around the land to continue her study.

So Squirrel was just doing a Lethal Company recording with his friends: Delirious, Cartoonz, and Kyle. It was just a simple recording until a weird event made him disappear from his room. He's now in a weird place that makes him question: "How did he get here?"

Well, now he's gotta find out and meet some weird Horses and Horse town. What could possibly happen? Who knows, but Squirrel wasn't expecting this, neither were the Horses.

A thousand years ago, a long-forgotten disaster wracked Equestria, rendering its surface inhospitable to all but the most foolhardy of creatures. In the millennia since, the once unified and prosperous races and societies have devolved into fractured and competing tribes and factions, all trying to carve out their own piece of the Underworld for themselves.

Aspirant Twilight Sparkle is desperate for a chance to make a name for herself -- to become a full fledged Pathfinder, which would finally allow her to be free from the limits of Charlie Compound permanently. And if she manages to discover something that no other pony in the Erudite Enclave has, she'll be set for life.

However, in her quest for discovery, she may come across more than she bargained for. Unlikely allies, unforeseen enemies, and heretofore untold truths of the Underworld itself.

Unbeknownst to her, though -- that may be exactly what she's looking for. After all, the depths of discovery knows no bounds.

Shining Armor always wanted Flurry to become a strong and great royal guard just like him. She always had powerful magic since her birth, and that's why it came as a surprise when she instead chose painting as her career. He was reluctant, but Cadance managed to convince him.

Flurry had spent her whole life going against her parents wishes, she didn't want to be like them. She wanted to be herself. And at least in this school, she could express herself however she wanted.

But of course, things can't be that easy, can they?

I know it's mostly a shitposting contest, but I wanted to write Shining. And I think this turned out well, although if I had a higher word limit, I would've written more and fleshed it out just a tiny bit more. Still, I hope you'll read this and enjoy it.

But with Dean Cadence becoming the Principal of CPA and encouragement from Sunset Shimmer and the other Rainbooms, Twilight goes back with the promise to keep in touch with Sunset Shimmer and her new friends.

Confronting Diamond Tiara about the incident, she simply shrugged it off, denying any involvement and claiming ignorance of the events altogether.

I put the alternate universe tag here, because the CMC in this universe are disabled, in fact this universe’s Equestria and Ponyville are designed with disabled ponies in mind, I wanted to create a world where inclusion and knowledge of disabilities was a thing, since that apparently does not work in real life very well, in real life disabled people are still being prejudiced and treated differently.
