Storm the castle, vanquish the villains, rescue the damsel, win her heart! But nothing is as simple as it sounds, and what should have been a simple plan spirals completely out of control. In the end, the gods themselves will enter the fray to set things right.

After attempting to impress the judges during her entrance exam for Celestia's School for Gifted Unicorns, something transpires that alters Twilight's life irrevocably, as well as the destiny of all Equestria. In a very literal manner, Twilight metamorphoses into the embodiment of magic, much akin to how Discord embodies chaos. How will this unprecedented transformation shape forthcoming events? And how will Twilight grapple with mastering the newfound god-like abilities that have been unexpectedly thrust upon her?

One day, Twilight Sparkle is going about her day when she finds an odd Pokemon at her door that looks like a set of keys. After finding out what exactly this Pokemon is, she finds out that it's completely immune to any dragon's attacks. Madness ensues.

Twilight's life was going to be as normal as it was already was. However, the arrival of a strange new student with a task from Princess Celestia to befriend him and become his mentor spins her life into complete chaos. So... my name is Ciaphas Cain, and I am—or, at least, I was—a newly-minted Commissar fresh out of the Schola Progenium. By some horrid twist of fate, I got assigned to the Valhallan 18th and its infamous Commander, which has just been sent to a newly discovered backwater garden world to dispose of its oddly horse-like xeno population.

The next thing I know, I'm stranded on the planet in an alien body, the Xenos’ leader is in a coma for the foreseeable future, and her subjects—despite knowing full well that I was once a member of the same group of Imperials who’d struck her down—have shoved me onto her now-vacant throne for reasons having to do with the fact that my new body has wings and a horn. And I'm apparently a psyker now thanks to that horn, and a stupidly powerful one at that. Oh, and have I mentioned that these xenos expect me to somehow lead them to victory against the trigger-happy Inquisitor that seeks to wipe them off the face of the galaxy with nothing but my savviness, a cunning mind, a silver tongue, the resources of a race completely oblivious to the grim darkness of the far future, and the magical power of peace, joy, rainbows, and orbital friendship lasers? I don't think I had.

Brace yourselves; things somehow manage to get even wackier from there.

This is heavily inspired by Ciaphas Cain: Warmaster of Chaos, and as a result it does not take itself too seriously. If you want a grimdark brutalization fic in which the ponies get slammed with the horror of war, prepare to be disappointed.

Serene Grace has always eliminated the Kingdom's problems with cold and brutal efficiency. Her cute and unassuming stature allowed her to pull the strings on many people. As memories of her past resurface and her heart given love, how will she handle it? Will she abandon her duty? Will she buckle under the weight of her newfound emotions? Well of course the fate Equestria hangs in the balance, but this time she wants to make different choices.

Sunny Starscout and her friends brought magic back to all of Equestria. As it turns out, ponies aren't the only ones who benefit from that.
