First, let me apologize for my radio silence lately. I've missed two T3 posts in a row now for sure, and just been silent on other media as well. Between work, car maintenance, some needed repairs around the house, other real life stuff, and a level OMGWTF sinus infection, October can be summed up for me thusly:
Cloudhammer and Noble Cause have lost a pet, an apartment, and most of their belongings.

New headcanon: The distant ancestor of Fancy Pants (one Cargo Pants) and the rest of the aforementioned Noble and Ancient House of Pants was a humble if prosperous tailor whose opening of his stores and warehouse to clothe ponies for free during a certain ancient killing winter incident - no, the other one - saved a lot of lives.
This was a difficult week for reading, and it also holds the record for the most number of words read in a week for these reviews. Even stretching the reading period to encompass an extra two days, I was still reading around 24,000 words a day. While I don't mind doing a lot of reading, it does make it tricky to keep up with my schedule. With this in mind, I've decided that from now on if any reading set for a week exceeds 200,000 words then my reviews will come out on Tuesday instead of Monday
I have decided to focus on A Noble Shadow for a bit since it's the only way the reader will care about all the characters in Twilight's life in Pinkamena 8 like Psyche, Ash, Misty, Pale, Void, and many more. I feel that that's probably important(?)

So that fic that explained where Twilight was that NightSoul and I RP'd on Skype a decade ago is essentially cancelled on his account but he has given me full permission to write it on my own. I will be editing our RP into chapters and adding scenes of my own to ensure that as much of NightSoul's voice and ideas as possible are salvaged and kept in the story.
