Hello, everyone! The world of FIM fanfiction can be a convoluted, insular, sprawling mess. With so many sub-fandoms and variations, it can be daunting for new fans to get up to date, and even older fans might have trouble keeping up with everything.
In this blog series, I provide a quick overview of different Alternate Universes. Whether you're a new user looking for the basics or an old hand looking for information, hopefully these concise overviews will help you out.

I would really love some feedback on some fantasy stories that I've written in my journals so if you happen to have some time, please give them a read.

Today's story starts with a bang.
Twilight Sparkle Was Shot

After the reformation of Sunset Shimmer, the Mane Six united their powers against all manner of threats. Then, Twilight Sparkle joined their number, and over time the bonds between the Mane Seven have become stronger than ever.
The title does not sound very promising, does it? As you may know, I'm almost done with 'The Power Within' and I already said that I wish to complete it this month. Knowing my pace and current problems, that may or may not be possible.
Good evening, my dear watchers and loyal readers! Literally 3 years and 1 day to the day since I last posted a new chapter of "Batmare Begins," I've finally uploaded the first of two new chapters coming to you all this weekend! Thank you all so much for your patience and understanding with me and my terribly slow pace in bringing these two new chapters to you. Let me tell you, there were times I wondered if I really would ever update the story again, but it feels so great now getting to do

In favour of horse words: I have friends to talk to and horse words to write here. Oh, and 4 stories in my Tracking library, which is more than I've had in a while. But nothing too urgent.

10/10—the standard rating; awesome film with a couple of flaws
9/10—a wonderful film with several flaws
