My muse has grabbed hold of this thing and will not let go. What sucks is that I have to wait to release the ready chapters until I've got the entire story arc written (6-8 chapters?) and then write the next chapter of the regular Feathered Hearts story to link to it.

Welp. Here we are. Nine years and nine seasons later, FiM has finally drawn the curtains. It's over. But I don't think that means we're over. Y'know, as in, "we're gonna keep this party going until the last man finally dies."

Will Gen 5 be as good? Maybe. Will it have as much impact as Friendship is Magic did? Doubt it. They'd need to pull out all the stops to make it as memorable as possible, and coming off FiM's coattails, that's a tall order to fill.

I'm just thinking of trying something out this month, seeing how it feels for me and for you as well. Feedback is more than welcome.

Perhaps this post is more of a formality than anything, but it's still one I'd like to make, nevertheless. I want things to be stated plainly and upfront.
