My Love Letter To Her · 1:52am Sep 23rd, 2019
Hey,
I hope everything is going okay with what you're up to. Seeing you growing closer to a Master's degree is phenomenal, in writing at that. Maybe you can be my own enhanced version of Grammarly one of these days. It's been okay here since you left for your dream career, like I finally left retail and got a real job. You know, one that pays enough to live off.
It's so awesome. All I literally do is just help associates with their computers and I get paid bank for just being there, and 40 hours a week goes by in a blink of an eye. For what it's worth, I see myself staying here for more than five years, maybe become their IT analyst or director if I work hard enough for it. I still don't have a degree or certificate, so seeing something like this just come by experience is surprising to me. Now, I can only grow from here on. Wish you could see the magic that's going around.
By the way, sorry about not contacting you through text messages much. I've been busy and only found a short window to do this. I know that we don't talk much and believe me when I say I want to change that. I want to take the time and just hear your voice again, the genuinely unique sound you give every time you speak just gets me on the edge of my seat.
You still have my interest after all these years we've been together. Your quiet and calm nature gets me relaxed like those soft sounded 80s songs you listen to. And your emotion to my well being always astonishes me, because even though my family cares about me so much, they're usually nonchalant about my feelings. They are some weed headed assholes, and I'm somewhat like them no doubt. But with you, at least you push further ahead with it.
... Sometimes, I think about the things that we can accomplish in life together. Remember when you wanted to go to Ohio just for the snow? I always try to tell you that ice is your worst enemy when you get there, but you didn't care about that; you've never seen snow in your life. You've done more things than me in a lifetime, going to England, France, and I think even Tokyo. It surprises me that you still haven't seen Canada, but I digress.
So hey, when you get that first job for a writer of your standards, be prepared to wear a NorthFace whatever, yoga pants for the leg game, and some uuuuuuggs.
Love you Bs.
