Factual statement: Occasionally I have dreamed in cartoon. Like it is an actual cartoon and I'm in it. Some people have told me that is impossible. I have also been told you cannot read things in dreams. I have, so yeah, sure can't do either of those things.. heh heh.
For those of you who didn't see my previous blog post, the corona virus and literally cancelled my trip to Hawaii. As disappointing as that is, I have decided to work on the sequel for my story, Dream Date. One because you all have been asking it, two I had fun writing it and have been wanting to write one, and three because I need a vacation and this is a great way to fuel those fantasies.
I found myself on a shoreline as a pony (always neat, i even had to learn to walk that way in dreams..). There stood the mane 6, and Luna. We had some kind of long mission given to us of world-ending class. There was a golden submarine we got in and took off on our voyage. At some point someone got in Luna's face about her being evil before, and it was very upsetting but realistic. Alas that is about all there is. Very vivid. So yes, we all lived in a yellow submarine.
I'm sure everyone has had that one question: If you could have one wish, what would it be?
Of course, there are a million different ways to answer this. You could wish for world peace, or you could wish for a decent sandwich. In fact, you can tell a lot about a person by what they would wish for in such a situation.
But what if your wish had to be a double-edged sword. In other words, your wish would be granted, but you had to give up something to get it. What would you wish for then?

Diamond: Really Trixie lets just tell them the truth. We got pissed they didn't take us with them and we wanted something to do other than figure out how to get back at them.
Finished the next chapter for Sparkles last night and gave it to my editor. It's in his hooves now, and I'm praying to Celestia herself that he gets through it soon. That being said, it's over six thousand words, so it might take a little while. I'm going to keep working, everypony. I miss all your comments and critiques and questions.
Dream sequences are hard.
In the past 2 days, I heard 2 different dream sequences in 2 different stories. One struck me as very effective, and the other did not.
The one that did not was from Gwyneth Jones' short SF story "Balinese Dancer", from Gardner Dozois' "Years Best SF: Fifteenth Annual Collection" (1997 stories).
Sorry, but I have to say this.
I don't believe Dream Land.
(For those of you who have no idea what I'm talking about: Dream Land is a user who says she has cancer and is going to die very soon.)
Hey everypony, Dreams here, obviously.
Things have been pretty busy for me lately, mostly with working two jobs and trying to actually write a novel on the side. That being said, I still really want to write pony stories, it's where I started and the first encouraging atmosphere I've ever really had. Anyways, I'm going to keep writing, but I also want feedback on what you all want to read first.
The main stories I've got right now are:
I'm skipping school to go have a Mental Health Day (Watching Infinity War).
Plus I may have a light story about a Dream I had last month. Albeit the detailing is a bit fabricated apart when it comes to the jumbled mess that is a dream.
State of the Writer posts don't get a lot of views, so it's unlikely anyone would go back to see anything I add, so I'll just make a new post. :) I was going to provide you all with the contents of a dream from earlier this week, pony-related, in lieu of any actual writing. But, y'know, I forgot, cuz I do that. :B
UPDATE: Not even two hours later, it's back up. Minor changes have been made to amp up the emotional parts of the chapter.
It's about 2 AM at the time I'm writing this, pretty normal as far as I go.
The title says it all.
Let me expand on it a bit more. Since I was 8, I have been a big fan of pro wrestling. From time to time there were periods I wouldn't watch any pro wrestling, mostly during the time when WWE had no real competition from other companies. But I'd always come back to it.
For the past 3 or 4 months I have been watching a lot of older WWE matches that they have put up on their channel, mostly PPV matches from their Attitude and Ruthless Aggression eras.
With over 100k words written, this year has been one of the best, if not the best years for my writing. Unfortunately, a lot of that is negated by the fact it’s almost all unpublished, with my little 1k one-shots holding up the bulk of my published work. Still, it’s been a very productive year on that front: almost won a contest with Iridium, and worked out some pretty nice ideas I thought I’d keep long dead.
So I had this dream last night that seemed to have three different plots going for it simultaneously.

I started my first group today with a bunch of silly people on the Fimfic discord. We should have our first story in about one to two weeks, which should be quite entertaining.
