Ortus:
‘My coming would have saved you, set your people free in ways they cannot see. War would have tested them: broken the weak with its violence, yet allowing the strong to arise.’
-Legate Lanius, 2281

To live is to be a slave we only choose the nature of our bindings. In a meaningless world, corrupting and devoid of all hope, the choice is clear.

(Originally meant to be a one-off, this is kind of a very short origin story, but lays the ideology on quite thick. Warning: gore tag added as this contains some light goriness and alludes to willing self-mutilation.)

Vita:
‘Home isn’t where you’re born into this world.’
-Speculator Ulysses, 2281

The story of a couple held apart by the necessities of societal rank and social norms stealing a few precious moments to celebrate their one year anniversario.

Occasus:
‘I survived because the fire inside burned brighter than the fire around me. I fell down into that dark chasm, but the flame burned on and on.’
-Legate Joshua Graham (disgraced), 2281

The inevitable conclusion for those who live by the sword and have given up all hope for their world’s redemption.

After finally reading Fallout Equestria by Kkat and loving it I gradually threw these together for no apparent reason (each one written randomly when majorly stressed out). In general these are ponified Caesar’s Legion in the Equestrian Wasteland, based around my main pro-Legion playthrough of Fallout New Vegas, discussions (arguments) with mates about this decision and a stupid picture I drew of a main OC and Legate Lanius as a ponified couple (above), one of the many weird results of these conversations (arguments). (Triptych story consists of Ortus, Vita and Occasus, meanwhile the Memoriam are more like individual scenes)

Massive thanks to Haphazard for pre-reading whatever this is meant to be and getting me over my aversion to crossovers.

Also thank you to anyone who reads my stuff.

Notes:
• Title: Conqueror of My Heart (Latin)
• I have not yet had the chance to check out stories in which others have already inserted the Legion into the Fallout Equestria universe. This is not meant as a serious attempt to insert the faction; rather this is a really basic ponification based on conversations.
• Sketch used as cover art used base by XxPartyingxX (http://xxpartyingxx.deviantart.com/)
• I’m marking this as complete for now, but may write more in the future depending on how I feel.
• I welcome any and all feedback.

Anyone who survived the destruction of Equestria at the hooves of her enemies remember where they were, but the dead remember too.

My second place entry for the Fallout: Equestria 500 members writing competition, choosing the theme "Before the bombs".

This isn't a tale of great heroism, of any great battle fought hard and won well. Deadbolt Tumbler never really had any driving force in his life, he didn't have a special somepony, he didn't even have any friends. He was content to do his job to the best of his abilities everyday and live out his life in peace as he always had, but the great war was now in full swing, and as it often does, fate decides to intervene. On the afternoon of his 18th birthday, he was drafted to fight for his country, throwing him into a world of new experiences that threaten to shatter his fragile perception of friends, love, and loss. Although he had written them off as nothing more than fables as a colt, he soon comes to see that the monsters from the tales of old, still roam the battlefields before him.

The wonderful youtuber Plagen Shiki has done a marvelous reading of this story! You can find it here if you'd like to listen as you read!

This story is a sequel to Fallout Equestria: Dead Tree

This story is an offshoot from the Fallout Equestria: Dead Tree story written by Tread Lightly otherwise known as Fiaura based on a pen and paper group we play in set in the Fallout: Equestia universe.

Chifundo a slightly effeminate Zebra Stallion Shaman, along with his companions ran headlong through the irradiated rain looking for shelter which thankfully they found in time to save the sicker members of the group, though for Chiffundo, he would also discover somepony to take his breath away.

(Note this is based upon the Fallout: Equestria PnP being published by Dead Tree Studios, check it out here:http://projectdeadtree.com/site/

To warn readers, there will be inconsistency in posting pace as it will depend on when Chifundo gets to spend time with Picline in the pnp sessions

The Wasteland, a horrible, cruel, and unforgiving land. The ponies that make up this dark and cruel place only make it worse.
My name is Shadow Wind. I came out here, out of the safe stable, to make a difference, to better things. The system sucked me in and didn't intend to let me go. But intend to beat the system, show them the error of their ways. Cleansing is needed, and forever after I will live as...

The Shadow.

I've heard a lot of talk about virtues. It hurt me that I could never find mine, I felt like that was the only thing keeping me from breaking down and giving up... That sweet day I learned what I was born for, that's why I do what I do.

(Takes place in Kkat's world of Fallout: Equestria. However, the wasteland was never cleansed. However, mentions to Security or the Stable Dweller will be made. I do give thanks to Kkat for making this wonderful world for all of us to play in!)

Well would you look at that, some art with Shadow in it. Thank you so much to spongebob1000 for bringing his work to the table.

Snakebite Tourniquet was quite content to work as a healer on a merchants caravan, but then he finds himself alone in the desert with his body changed beyond recognition. He tries to find out why this has happened to him and eventually this leads him back home to the Neigherra Madre Mountains.

This fan-fiction is based on Fallout Equestria by Kkat; a familiarity with the source material may aid your understanding.

Compass, a happy maintenance technician and resident of Stable 52, uncovers an unbelievable secret hidden deep within the massive shelter that he calls home, and is forced to confront a mystery that has gone unsolved for over two hundred years:

On that fateful day, when Equestria needed him the most, where was Doctor Whooves?

This fanfiction is based on the immersively epic Fallout Equestria by Kkat. You can read Fallout Equestria by Kkat on Equestria Daily

The Fallout: Equestria logo used in the cover art was designed by DotRook and, according to his original deviantArt post, he allows usage in supplementary materials created for and associated with the series. Images really do make a difference, so, due to his awesomeness, he has my deepest gratitude.

Stable 14 is an okay place to live. It’s a large system of safe and comfortable rooms underground, sheltering ponies for countless years. Living within this Stable is Cobalt Blue, an earth pony colt who lacks a cutie mark and the ability to stay focused. He spends his free time crawling around the vast complex of Stable 14, trying to combat his boredom. But, of course, he has to stay inside the Stable; leaving it and heading out into the Horseshoe Wasteland (assuming it even exists) would be breaking the rules. But yes, Stable 14 is an okay place to live, and nothing will ever change that...

...until Cobalt’s tenth birthday. When a sudden block in the ventilation system is blamed on his little adventures, he finds himself trying to escape his own mother - along with everypony else inside. They’ve gone crazy trying to find and punish him for putting all of their lives at risk, and his father isn’t there to protect him. Grabbing everything he can, Cobalt escapes the Stable and runs away into the Wasteland. Now he truly has no future; no cutie mark, no friends, and no idea where anything is. But it IS a new place, and he does so love exploring...

- This story is tagged as Comedy rather than Sad because, in my opinion, it has more of the former than the latter; however, expect there to still be sadness abound. It's a Fallout Equestria story, after all.
- I've edited this story to take place in a "different" Wasteland so that I won't be trying to use locations or events from the original Fallout Equestria story, and to avoid confusion.

Nearly two hundred years have passed since the war that ended civilization. Stable 115, located in the once vibrant prairie lands at the edge of Equestria, is home to a young unicorn mare and her precocious filly. Life in the Stable is about stability and routine, and mother and child find comfort from this monotonous existence in each other and their friends.

Life in the Stable is about to change...

Inspired by Fallout: Equestria by Kkat, and Fallout Equestria: Project Horizons by Somber. Author suggests having read Fallout: Equestria before venturing into this tale.

Update 11/04/2012: To prevent confusion, an explanation about how the chapters are named/numbered. I essentially have the story split into several acts--each act will have a named chapter that precedes the number chapters and are a somewhat separate tale, but will eventually tie into the main story. If I ever manage to finish this (or you figure it out way, WAY before then), then it will hopefully make sense.
