Pinkie Pie awakens one morning to find a strange lump on her back. She doesn't think it's a big deal, but as time goes on it grows and bizarre changes begin to take place inside her.

In Ponyville, something is stalking the citizens. Can anypony stop what's happening before it's too late and their world is irrevocably changed? Of course, you can only save the day if the danger hasn't found you before you even know it's there.

Written for Write-Off's Nightmare Night 'transformations' contest. Is meta-horror a genre? Well, it is now.

Rainbow Dash takes in a baby Pegasus that was left on her doorstep and affectionately names her Cumulus, she finds motherhood to be harder than it looks but loves the young Pegasus to death. But when it's revealed that Cumulus was born blind, Rainbow finds it harder to raise her with the pain of knowing that Cumulus will never see her mother's face. And as Cumulus grows, she has to fight to find her true self with her disability, and to see the brighter side of life...even if she can't literally see it.

This is a personal story for me, because I am adopted and I do have ADHD, Organic Brain Syndrome and I'm Emotionally Impaired...and trying to get through life with a disability is not an easy ride.

This story is a sequel to Therapist Visit

After our therapist finishes his visits with Princess Luna, he is immediately thrown into another confrontation with a certain Queen. Chrysalis is crippled, both mentally and physically due to a torturous addendum in Cadence's love spell. Rationale would consider it to be a blessing, while Chrysalis sees it as a curse. Chrysalis threatens to kill the stallion if he doesn't answer her questions. It's a race against time as Rationale struggles to find out exactly what makes the Changeling Queen, something that he has never seen in his life, tick.

A side story to Therapist Visit, written in the same style as a first: Second-Person with dialogue only and quotations omitted.
