Having discovered the message left for her by Star Swirl the Bearded in the distant past, Twilight once again finds herself caught up in the middle of a struggle against forces far greater than herself. In order to even stand a chance she'll need to travel further and wider than she ever has, and forge some unlikely alliances with old enemies. All to bring down the powers that have manipulated and shaped her entire life, and retake control of her own future.

Queen Chrysalis' mother paid a heavy price when a misunderstanding caused a sudden "purge" of changlings from their peaceful existence alongside ponies. Years later, Chrysalis continues to struggle against her past and the regrets she holds as she attempts to find a way for her own to survive.

Ever since the failed invasion of Canterlot the changelings have been desperate for love. Without it they fear that they may soon drop dead.

Chrysalis the queen of the changelings take notice of this situation and having longed for someone to call her own decides now might be the time to give the changelings a king.

She finds a worthy suitor in the form of King Sombra and sets to work on bringing him to the land of the changelings. Will Chrysalis actually be married this time? And more importantly will King Sombra say I do?

After the fall of the Crystal Empire and the tragic Wedding of Princess Cadence and Shining Armor, Both King Sombra and Queen Chrysalis' whereabouts are unknown, same as the fate of the changelings even though some of them survived and could be seen once in a while.
They say that King Sombra became an outcast, regaining his power each day but may not recover from the nightmare Princess Luna gave him and Queen Chrysalis? She might be in the marshes, going around trying to find her changelings and regain power as well, seeking revenge.
No one really knows what will happen between the 2 villains when they meet.
Will they be friends or foes? or will they be more than friends, maybe the perfect evil couples?
