In the prequel to Unwanted Guests, Celestia, Luna, Cadence and Twilight hold an emergency summit over how to deal with Tirek and how to better protect Equestria from future attacks similar to Tirek's.

Twilight has proven to be a bad dancer at the Canterlot Garden Party, however one of Rarity's old friends from Canterlot wants to know why she is a bad dancer.

In this sequel to Window Repairs, Discord goes to Tatarus and confronts Tirek over how he tricked Discord into believing there was something more valuable than friendship.

While imprisoned in Tartarus during the events of "Twilight's Kingdom,", Celestia, Luna and Cadence are visited by a strange and mysterious figure from Celestia and Luna's past who attempts to comfort them in Equestria's darkest hour.

After Lord Tirek's defeat, Shining Armor angrily confronts Discord for allowing Cadence and Twilight to be put at the mercy of Lord Tirek.

While restoring Canterlot's stained glass windows to their original glory, Discord reveals the reasons behind his betrayal to Celestia.

Takes place between "Twilight's Kingdom" and "The Cutie Map."
