If there was one thing Twilight Sparkle had learned since ascending to alicornhood and becoming a princess, it was that ponies talked. Then, quite suddenly, they were talking about her.

And then they were talking about her love life since she was a single princess, unmarried and approachable.

She was still getting used to that part.

She was especially getting used to talking about it with Sunset.

Sunset Shimmer has been harboring a crush on Twilight Sparkle for a long time, one she knew could never go anywhere. This became doubly frustrating after the appearance of Twilight Sparkle. But what if she has a real shot this time? There's only one way to find out, by talking to Twilight Sparkle.

Following the events of the Friendship Games, Sunset's homesickness wins out and she returns to Equestria. Though forgiven by Twilight and pardoned by Celestia, she still faces some resentment from the citizens of Equestria.

But one pony believes that everypony deserves a second chance. Even if she denies it.
