Everypony knows about Derpy and the Doctor, but not everypony knows how they met.

It was supposed to be a short meeting at a party. What happened next is a story of friendship, time magic and definitely not pears...
She was an abandoned mare, of advancing years. He was a Time Lord of almost a millennium. When they met, they both knew that there was going to be a brand new tomorrow, full of adventure.

War is in Equestria, No pony can be trusted, not even your friends.
Two sides are Evident:
The Outlaws
And The Master Inventor's followers.
Only a silhouette is seen of the Master Inventor, no pony sees his face.

When Doctor Whooves, Derpy and The Tardis arrive, they're knee-deep in mystery, And they intend to find out who's really behind it all. They get some help from Somepony unexpected- Trixie.

This will be a short story, around the 2000-3000 word range (edit: I lied, this will hit the 10k word mark and possibly on up to 15k as I didn't expect to do this much writing for the amount of plot I had planned in my head).

Derpy has been deemed an unfit mother, due to her mental condition, and has a real chance of losing custody of her only foal. Before that day comes though Derpy remembers how Dinky came to be, how her only source of pride and joy is tied to such a painful memory, and all of the time spent raising Dinky.

I'm writing this story in honor of a friend of mine who went through a very similar situation.

Derpy Hooves grew up believing that her parents were dead. She'd been in the Equestrian Orphanage for the entirety of her fillyhood. She'd grown up being afraid, tired, and bullied. Nopony liked her, and she was soon cast into a life of misery. The cloud of doom that followed her scared away all other ponies. She brought chaos and disaster with her clumsiness. Being avoided was enough to break a pony.

When she got her first job, moved in with her roommate Carrot Top, and met her highschool sweetheart, she got a certain call. It turned her life around, and she was ready to start again. Her parents were alive.

The Doctor and Derpy are finally getting married, Dinky couldn't be more elated. They`ll be a real family, and shell have a real father, whats to come. Lets find out, Allons-y!

She sighed and smiled. Dinky had moved out. Nothing had happened for the past month, nothing at all. Then she heard it. The wooshing sound and a thump. Ditzy knew that sound better than anything and the mad pony with a box that followed. The pony that she loved.

This is a part 2 to the fanfic His Assistant by xxGamer101xx It is just a short story to make that last story happier and will be continued into a whole adventure

This is a story I've been piecing together in my head and tossing around with a lot of potential storylines. I've finally settled on this one and I believe it's everything i was hoping for. Anyway, what happens is the secondary six meet up and go on a variety of adventures I make up on my own. I fully intend to spin off a lot of the songs from the actual show so i void any rights of my own to that. Word of warning also, this is not a main story to me at all. This is one I'm working on that takes place in the same timeline as Light and Shadow, just much earlier on, and I'm only going to be working on it at all after I'm sure the weekly update for Light and Shadow is ready. Also, this story will have a definitive ending point right around chapter 20, and there will be no real story ark.
All the bad stuff aside I like to think that I've taken a really nice common idea and given it a great revamping. So read on!

Edit 22 Apr 2013: Here is a random alternate ending I thought of last night at work. I liked it too much to let it go unwritten, so enjoy.

A Moonwing volunteered to be one of a test subjects for one of Twilight sparkles spells. The spell that was supposed to enhance his ability to the max and make him invincible went terribly wrong and changed Moonwings gender instead of his ability. He was in absolute shock when this has happens but he was trying to keep his manliness and brushing it off and hoped that Twilights finds a way to turn him back into a colt.
He accidentally met a colt that happened to fall in love with him. what should he do?
