A horrible Cataclysm has turned all of Equestria into a Wasteland of barren ash and twilight desolation. The Sun and the Moon have been destroyed. She navigates the Wastes in an airship and scavenges off the blighted landscape to keep herself alive.

Then one day she meets an old companion who grants her a gift, the chance to go back in time to the warm and sunny days of Ponyville, where her dead friends live in happiness. Now she needs to finish her story quickly – because if she falls asleep before it's done, the Princess of Dreams will get to see that idea for herself.

Fluttershy has found a new kind of creature in the forest. After tending to its wound, she brings it home with her and decides to keep it as her own. She soon realizes that this creature is more than just an animal and soon finds a way to communicate with it since neither of them speak the same language.

While moving to her new home, Zecora find the strangest creature - a large, nigh-hairless talking monkey-thing. Seeing how it lacks basic knowledge on surviving in the wild (and that it's quite tall and probably good at manual labour) she decides to adopt it as her assistant. Hopefully, she won't come to regret her decision.

Set three centuries after Twilight's coronation, the weight of immortality is painful as Applejack, the last of her friends, finally slips beyond Twilight's grasp. Twilight grapples with the depths of her sorrow and an unspoken love for Celestia.

What has four legs, wears a bullet-proof vest, can hear you through a solid concrete wall and has a set of highly-trained fangs that can exert up to seven-hundred pounds of pressure per square inch?

One word; Bungee.

Bungee has been a Military Working Dog for as long as he can remember, trained from a pup and turned into a highly effective member of the armed forces. He sniffs out bombs, clears rooms, scouts compounds and assists with flanking manoeuvres to disable dangerous personnel. More than just military equipment; Bungee is a brother in arms. A warrior.

But when a mission goes wrong and Bungee chases a high-value-target through a magical portal; how will the German Shepherd adjust to life among talking ponies?

And how will he manage to complete his mission if he’s considered a pet instead of a soldier?

Comet likes using a halberd. Angel excels at using claws.

Comet is a pegasus. Angel is a bat pony.

Together, they take on all the twists and turns life hands them. However, things don't always go as planned.
