Anons life in Equestria was improving, he'd made friends, he'd gotten himself a house and he'd even gotten himself a job. Then things start to go downhill. He's being followed.

This town used to be his home. Those ponies used to be his friends. That alicorn used to be his mother. That filly used to be his heart. Now everything is only a reminder that he was the one that did this.

A statue stands alongside others in the royal hedge maze. All the statues have a long history behind them. Starswearl the Bearded, greatest Unicorn. Discord, feared entity of Chaos. But this one statue has only a short story behind it. The creature that the statue resembles gave its life for all of Equestria to live in peace.

Trouble is brewing in Equestria, and Spider-Man is summoned to save the day! However, he takes the form of a pony upon his arrival and slowly starts to lose his powers. Now as Peter Pony Parker, he must become Equestria's new hero as the Amazing Spider-Mane, but with past failures haunting his mind, will somepony be able to give him the happiness he deserves and save him from a prophecy that ends with his death?

Across Equestria and through Earth, two hearts will join together, but one may die to ensure the survival of reality...

Spiders and Magic: Rise of Spider-Mane

A young boy awakens to find himself in a world of ponies. Scared and confused, he tries to find his place in the world... as well as how to get back to his old one.

He may not like the answers he finds.

When Nightmare Moon returned and slayed her sister, she plunged the world into an eternal nightmare by releasing dark creatures of the night.

Applejack found her place in this new world by hunting these creatures down for a living.

Unfortunately for her, when one hunt goes wrong, she's plunged into an adventure across Equestria to reunite with unknown friends she never knew she had.

Fluttershy has been keeping a secret from everypony she knows. A problem she's tried dealing with on her own, but it's been getting harder. Hearing about a place for ponies with her... condition, she decides to visit to hopefully find somepony to help her before somepony gets hurt.

Of course, things never go as expected, and she finds a familiar creature under any other circumstances she would rather avoid...

This story was written for the New Blood Contest 2023, and I would love feedback from the judges.
