Jayce is a trainer from the Kalos region, all through out his travels he's gone out of his way to be kind to those he meet and have adventures with his oh so fluffy Meowstic Nao. But when Arceus escapes his prison and decides to move all of his children and a few worthy human to a new world chaos is bound to ensue. The problem is this new world doesn't know they're coming or even what Pokemon are, did I mention this world was filled with colorful ponies? Being in a new world is scary enough, but the humans who find themselves here are turned into Pokemon and Jayce is no exception.

I would like to thank Zeusdemigod131 for creating a great setting and allowing me to have my own adventures in it. I highly recommend getting up to date on his story before starting mine, it'll help.

The lands of Equestria aren't as safe as they once were.

What was once a gently trek across fields of beauty and wonder have changed to battles with spirits and death. Most ponies can't go a few miles without having to battle for their souls against ghosts and spirits, all who wish to drag them to the dead.

And to top it all off there's a creature that haunts a mountain at the edge of Equestria, a creature that no pony has ever fully seen. Fast as a blur and cold as the grave, none know who or what it is.

All we do know is that whenever it appears, it brings disaster with it.

This story is a bit of an experiment for me, so if things seems weird or don't add up all the time, that is why.

Sometimes friends come in all shapes and sizes, and can come from the most of unlikely of places. but having friends from parallel worlds, well that's diffidently a new one. so what would happen when a Pokémon trainer on the way of winning a Pokémon league, gets teleported to Equestria, well I can tell you that things get weird, funny, and an adventure for the trainer to find his way home while helping his new friends deal with an invading wave of darkness and hunger.

now to give just a little context for you my readers, this fic takes place roughly a month or so after the start of Season 1 of MLP: FiM, but it will deviate in having story elements tweaked.

another bit of info I wish to give you is that while the Pokémon do have their 4 usual moves, in this fic, they will have some normal type moves for basic attacks. so something akin to Pokken Tournament. also Matt, the trainer will also take part in battles and fights (which honestly all trainers should have some level of skill in)
-as for the team of Pokémon:

Camerupt (the Eruption Pokémon - Male)
Type: Fire/Ground.
Ability: Solid Rock – reduces damage from super-effective attacks.
Mega Ability: Sheer Force – removes added effects to increase move damage.
Moves: Eruption/Earth Power/Yawn/Lava Plume.

Lycanroc (the Wolf Pokémon/Midnight - Female)
Type: Rock.
Ability: No Guard – Ensures attacks by or against the Pokémon land.
Moves: Rock Slide/Counter/Payback/Play Rough.

Mienshao (the Martial Arts Pokémon - Female)
Type: Fighting.
Ability: Inner Focus – the Pokémon is protected from flinching.
Moves: Detect/Bounce/Blaze Kick/Force Palm.

Kingdra (the Dragon Pokémon - Male)
Type: Water/Dragon.
Ability: Sniper – powers up moves if they become critical hits.
Moves: Smokescreen/Hydro Pump/Twister/Icy Wind.

Probopass (the Compass Pokémon - Male)
Type: Rock/Steel.
Ability: Sturdy – it cannot be knocked out with one hit.
Moves: Lock-On/Zap Cannon/Magnet Bomb/Rock Tomb.

Alolan Ninetales (the Fox Pokémon - Female)
Type: Ice/Fairy.
Ability: Snow Cloak – Raises evasion in a hailstorm.
Moves: Ice Beam/Confuse Ray/Dazzling Gleam/Aurora Veil.

We all know of how Bardock attempted to stop Frieza but still suffered the same fate of Planet Vegeta, resulting in only his sons, Vegeta, Nappa, and Tarble being the only survivors of the saiyan race.

But what if they weren't the only ones to survive? What if, before he tried to save his race, Bardock at least managed to warn the one saiyan he knew for a fact would listen to him? And what if this saiyan managed to escape only to wake up in a world inhabited by anthropomorphic ponies and other creatures?

Through this tale, learn how Gine, the mother of Goku, will learn to live amongst Twilight and her friends, while also learning of what she will accomplish.

Spike will be aged up in this due to possibility of anything mature thrown in later. He'll be 18, and while he's not in the show, he'll be older than most of the students if not the same age as some of them.
