A bite sized story in which Trixie and Starlight argue over who gets custody of the TV remote.

I came up with the idea for this story while rewatching season 6 of FiM! I've always loved the pairing of Trixie and Starlight, and them arguing over mundane stuff as a couple just seemed too cute to not write about at the time.

Despite of being graduated from her friendship classes, Starlight's new challenge has just begun when a strange epidemic alters the behavior of the inhabitants of Ponyville and its surroundings increasingly.
Under her own decisions and alongside her trusted friends and a new all, she sets out to demonstrate everything she has learned in her new life to resolve this situation... even in the face of the profound reality of progress of it that is in its path.

Coming from an alternate version of season 07 from the FIM series which wasn't told for reasons that would be shown as the story progresses...including the cover of this fic in the meantime. Even so, I just hope you'll enjoy it at the end...

Twilight Sparkle hasn't been feeling like herself recently, so she skips Pinkie Pie's holiday party.

Well, at least she tries to. She didn't expect a piece of the party to come to her.

Only a few months ago, Starlight finally rekindled her friendship with Sunburst, and despite promising to stay in touch, the planned letters never surfaced, by either. To this end, Twilight has brought Starlight back to the Crystal Empire, for little other reason than to make the two of them get closer - much closer - for a few days. But after learning from Sunburst of a new artifact discovered in the Empire that he is currently studying, Starlight is presented with a choice: with the power to rewrite the past entirely with little consequence, should one do it?

Manipulating the past can have drastic consequences, even if all intentions were for others' good...

Written for the short story compilation, Scattered Pages, a collaborative effort between multiple authors who volunteered for Ponyville Ciderfest 2023's writing team.

Through a miraculous and cruel twist of fate, Sombra has survived death yet again. However, his many defeats have left him broken and near feral, and the Princesses see no option but to lock him away. Starlight Glimmer, seeing more than the rage and hate the others see, feels pity for the fallen king, and offers to take Sombra under her care to try and reform him.

She quickly finds out Sombra's more broken than anyone believes, and it's going to be a rocky road to redemption, but even the darkest shadows can take solace in the starlight.

What she finds, however, will remind her of something that she tried to lock away inside her mind: a vivid reflection of her past.

Starlight Glimmer has been tinkering with some new spells as of late. She was convinced that she made some kind of connection to... something coming from light-years away. As much as you love that mare, you found that hard to believe, even if you are technically an alien.

As such, it came as a happy surprise when Starlight actually managed to secure that connection, revealing a massive network of information right at the tips of her hooves. Your shared glee is short-lived, however, as you come to the startling realization that you recognize this network.

After all, once you put something on the internet, it's there forever.

One morning, Trixie wakes up sick. She doesn’t understand why or how. But, at least she has a friend. Along with a few things to keep her occupied.
