Discord got bored of Equestria after the events of "Keep calm and Flutter on" so he decided to go to a new world and spread chaos there ( without permission from Celestia of course). He discovers a club of super powered beings called the Justice League who do all types of crazy stuff on a everyday bases. So he figures ''Why not join them ?"

Equus has been overrun by a combination of changelings and hoards of parasprites. Equestria remains the only remaining bright spot left on the planet. Princess Celestia is confronted with a terrible choice. In order to save her little ponies along with many refugees from across Equus, she must sacrifice the population of a world which has done nothing against her.

However the planet that the equestrians find themselves on is not as doomed as they first believed.

Princess Twilight Sparkle of Equestria went into the human world to get her crown back, but it was a confused human Twilight Sparkle who returned to Equestria. Now the former human is stuck as a blank flank unicorn, and the element of magic is in the human world for the next thirty moons.

Can you say, Equestria is doomed?

Based on Equestria Girls but you DON'T need to have seen the movie to understand what's going on. Also I started to write this story just after the first movie, hence why this in an alternate universe and has differences with canon in later Equestria Girls movies. And is not like the premise of the story, that the way the mirror works is different, is not an AU to start with.

Twilight, in an effort to help Applejack and Rainbow Dash achieve their dream of having a foal together, casts a spell that, unbeknownst to the princess, envelops all of Ponyville and plunges the little ponies (and one dragon) into a vortex of unknown genetic exchange and unplanned parenthood. What's more, the solution may come with severe complications of its own, and thus Twilight finds herself tasked with finding a resolution where there is likely none to be had.

Princess Celestia senses a grave threat to Equestria, and calls on Kirby and Meta-Knight to help stop him. Will the heroes of Popstar and Equestria get alone? Will the demonic beast be defeated? Only one way to find out!

After an unscheduled meteor shower strange things begin happening in Equestria, strange monsters nopony has seen before roam the forests, strange creatures fly above in huge battleships or on stars, and the Princesses are visited by a strange creature who warns them of the threat they are about to face.

The creature warns of two in particular, the masked swordsman Metaknight, and the most feared and powerful of all Star Warriors, a monster called... Kirby.

It started with one: one little pony that decided to crawl out of my monitor. Now I'm stuck with a load of tiny ponies. Things could be worse though they're entertaining to say the least. They tend to break stuff when left on their own though...but they're all rather well mannered besides that.

Note: I'm tired of being original, cute is better anyways.
