Sunset and Twilight had been friends for months and even visited Equestria together earlier in the year. They just hadn’t gone on an official date as just them. Which is understandable, given the whole acclimation phase and the fact that it’s jusr so much fun hanging out with their friends.

But with the Fall Formal coming up, Sunset figures it’ll be the perfect chance.

Sunset and Twilight have nothing to do on a rainy Saturday, so Sunset invites Twilight to come over to the human world to hang out. There really isn't anything else to say, plot-wise.

Ever since Camp Everfree, Twilight has been asking herself the same question every night: how does one ask out Sunset Shimmer?

Normally she turns to science, but science can't help when emotion starts to override everything she does.

Inspired by the story The Sunlight Project by Space Jazz, a story I highly recommend. Also, this is my first story on this site, so all constructive criticism is welcome and appreciated.
