Ive got two, both harry potter, one on fanfiction and one on spacebattles.
The one on fanfiction is called the accidental animagus, by white squirrel. I personally find it to be even more enjoyable than the originals and it goes much further with its world building.
The one on spacebattles is called Harry is a Dragon, and Thats Okay, by Saphorneth. It effectively a crackfic comedy where harry mysteriously turned into a dragon at a young age.
Theres also the MLP loops compiled by saphorneth on Fimfiction which is also mainly assorted random comedy

School of Hard Knocks! It's a sequel! The prequel doesn't matter! It's subpar! The main character, who is a royal guard, is turned into a filly by poison joke, and is forced to go to elementary school by his mother because she's extremely unhealthy! He makes friends, generally a well very written story not relying on a attention grabbing plot, and then an attention grabbing plot happens that's a bit spoilerish. Probably has one of my favorite OCs of all time.

Arrow 18! It's a sci-fi about humans coming from space and finding our favorite pony planet! I hate Sci-Fi fics! This is really really good! It sells the language barrier very well!

Changeling of the Guard! It's not complete yet! It's still one of the best changeling fics on this site! Your Princess Celestia is a changeling fic is one of my top three changeling fics! This is my second best. Give it a looksee!

The Best Night Ever! This is a classic that's always fun to reread and holds up to time. Dipping into the Sweetie Belle Chronicles where this crosses over with it is worth it because it develops Blueblood further in a very good way. If you haven't read this, it should be on the top of your list.

Daring Done! This fic hits my comedy bone in all the best ways and left me giggling like a small child!

Past Sins is a classic and was my first fanfiction I've ever read, and remains one of my favorites.

The Village Called Respite is a fun, fluffy story about OCs. The kids are great in this story.

If you want to read some romance, I'd recommend Long Road to Friendship or Fractured Sunlight

For some nice high fantasy, there's It's a Dangerous Business, Going Out Your Door and its sequel. Although I do have to give a warning that the author didn't realize scene breaks were a thing until partway through the sequel. Not a huge problem for "Dangerous Business", but a little distracting.
