This story takes place after the episode "Daring Don't"

Daring Do was tricked by a client who pushed her into a Fountain of Youth and was regressed into a foal. She then finds Ahuizotl (who was also regressed into a kitten). Now the two have to trek through the jungles of the Tenochtitlan Basin and find a way to turn back into adults. Meanwhile, the "client" uses the waters from the fountain of youth to take over Ponyville as The Apple Family regress into foals; their rivals Flim and Flam take over the Apples' farm, and Mayor Mare is regressed into a foal as well. Daring Do and Ahuizotl now race against time to turn back into adults and save Ponyvile from the mysterious mare's takeover.

Each one has a variation of how becomes one, or sometimes it seems he always was an alicorn? But Princess Luna then comes to the rescue and helps guide him through these dreams giving him advice and pushing him forward to return to the waking world.

When Starlight tried to go back in time to change the events of the mane six, her actions led to her and Twilight trapping themselves in a world where Discord had taken over Equestria. They eventually meet up with Princess Celestia and Luna, who are trapped in the same world ravaged by the lord of chaos, and go on a journey to find the bearers of the elements of harmony to save the world from Discord's clutches.

The bad news is Fluttershy lost the ability to talk and is now miles away from her home, so unless she wants to be a bat pony forever, she'll have to find a way to make it back to Ponyville and find Twilight.

This story takes place right after the Episode "Wonderbolts Academy."

Rainbow Dash and some of her other fellow recruits have all been regressed into toddlers and were stuck into the Juniorbolts Academy, a daycare with its mission to teach toddlers how to fly. Now they have to escape the daycare and find a way to get to Twilight so she can turn them back to normal. However, for them to do that, they need to relearn how to fly, but their caretaker Stormy refuses to teach them little more than how to flap their wings. So, Rainbow Dash takes it upon herself to teach her fellow foals how to fly. In honor of the daycare and their regressed ages, they become the Juniorbolts.

Applejack was called away once more to go on another epic adventure with Twilight. However, Big Mac is once again left behind, except...this time, the Sisterhooves Social is coming up, and Apple Bloom is without a sister to compete with. That is until Big Mac decides to recruit Zecora into brewing a gender-swapping potion and Rarity to help him act like a mare. Big Mac is then transformed into Auntie Orchard Blossom, a plump, happy mare who visits Ponyville for three days to compete in the Sisterhooves Social. But during her short visit, she must keep her true identity hidden from the judges and also from Apple Bloom.

The mane six are having odd dreams of enjoying moments of being or acting younger. Without realizing it a mysterious pony keeps popping up in the dreams who may have her own intentions.

But...she secretly starts to turn other rude and lazy royal guards into maids as well. Spearpoint now known as Mop Head rises through the ranks to become the head maid of the transformed stallions and helps them get used to their new lives (and some start to enjoy being mares). But Mop Head has to also find a way to stop Celestia's madness...

This story takes place during the events in the episode Leap of Faith

Granny Smith decides to drink the entire bottle of Flim and Flam's miracle tonic only to find out that it might have actually worked! The hands of time were turned back eighty years and she is now a much a younger mare. She then recruits Zecora to help her see if the tonic does as advertised but at the same time Granny also may have unintentionally discovered the true reason behind her youthful appearance. However, it will be up to her and Zecora to keep this secret from the Flim and Flam brothers from exploiting it.
