For the same reason as My Immortal, yes. There's hardly a single sex scene (and trust me, there's a lot) without a tiger reference. The main character makes all Mary Sues tremble before her, I mean, it's a self insert posing as a lucid dream, and then, to top it all off, it butchers all things just.
