at first I was going to make a joke about this being "Slice of life", but the more I read it the more inappropriate it seemed.

In all honesty this felt a bit pretentious. It was excellently written and the Celestia misunderstanding elicited a chuckle but overall the story wasn't my cup of tea. Still like your other stuff though.

Twilight and Celestia's relationship really shines in this story, as do Rainbow and Pinkie's dear concern for their friend in this funny and ultimately endearing look at the bonds that hold these ponies together. Well done.
And Rainbow Dash would get a papercut at the end.
