Twilight Sparkle, of Equestria, is daringly kidnapped by a completely unexpected force above Earth. That force is known as the New Lunar Republic.
A new story that's been nagging me. I do not have an editor. Inspired by Star Wars, Halo, and, of course, the New Lunar Republic. Teen for violence and language. And, like a lot of my stories, you'll find a little spice of a lot of the tags that aren't posted.

Some minor mistakes here and there, but overall a good story so far. I'd recommend giving a quick re-read before uploading to check for errors and 'flow'. I know it sucks to do, but it does make the final product better. When I read the lines "The captain wishes you to you cabin, Ms. Sparkle. I have been sent to escort you." I got a little dizzy.
Now that that's out of the way, good story! It's got a great premise and the story is coming along nicely... But, I feel that the characters haven't been developed enough. We understand their character archatypes (the joy of writing fanfiction) but we don't know YOUR characters. Who is Twilight? Is she still the princess's student, or is she just any old pony? Is she a noble or leader somehow? You said she was the only thing valuable on the ship, but didn't say why (which is pretty important!)
You don't need to develop the characters in the traditional sense because we know them, but you still have to give us some background info about YOUR Twilight and company, since this is so AU.
Now that I've said all that I will once again say that this is a great concept, and I can't wait to see how it goes!
