It's a gorgeous summer day in Ponyville, and both Tempest Shadow and Twilight Sparkle both have a bit of a situation on their hooves—they both want to take advantage of the nice weather and go on a relaxing date to get away from the chaos of the world.
But Twilight and Tempest both have very different ideas as to what they want out of dates. And, to make it more complicated, neither of them have ever been on a date before. So, seeking advice from their friends, the two wrestle with their feelings for each other and push to make this first date go well. At the end of the day, though, they are both still too afraid to ask.

She wasn't just a unicorn supremacist, or an ableist.. She was a moron! You come to Ponyville to get away from 'reject ponies'? Ponyville? The town who sent a disabled pegasus as one of their flag bearers for the Equestria Games, the home of the Princess of Friendship? This is the place you pick?
Almost asking to be disrespected, ignored, or attacked at every turn by every pony in town! I kind of wanted to see Twilight actually snap her in half or break off her horn, but living normally with her intellect and empty jar of common sense is probably punishment enough for me.
(Edit: I mistook Fusspot for a stallion at first for some reason, edited for accuracy to Her Snootiness' true gender.)
I actually kind of love the characterization of Fizzlepop here. Unlike the continuation she got in the comics (Also a great characterization for her, but different) this is a pony trying to make up for the time she lost as Tempest Shadow, letting herself... Be a pony, for lack of a better description, while still being traumatized and affected by the years of war and abuse under the Storm King, and the even longer ostracization due to her snapped horn.
In short: This feels like Fizzlepop Berrytwist, not Tempest Shadow. And I've only seen that twice! I loved it.

Fusspot (pronouns she/her) isn't exactly known for her intelligence. Most Karens aren't lol.
And unfortunately, much like a lot of Karens, Fusspot won't be learning her lesson anytime soon. She'll be around, but she's definitely not pissing off Twilight again. :P

I'll edit my comment in a moment, for some reason I had the image in my head of a Blueblood-like pony and not just a Karen. Unfortunately fortunate for her continued existence that she won't mess with Twilight again, I'd imagine! Very convincing unicorn supremacist character- even if being a tribalist, ableist Karen that triggers Fizzlepop's trauma is all she's in the story to be. She fills the role extremely well!
