The director who made Spider-Man, Spider-Man 2, and Spider-Man 3. Did you not watch any of the films?
Oh The original trilogy. I do know those movies it's just like i said i'm terrible with names and didn't recognize it.
Well this looks interesting. A Spider-Man crossover with EQG that is loosely based on the Raimi Trilogy but with some distinct differences. Peter had just become best friends with Harry on his first day of school, Gwen Stacy is here instead of MJ and Rodrick Kingsley (Hobgoblin) is introduced and he somehow has some history with Peter's father. Most noticeably, characters from EQG are part of this, though it is unclear how any of them fit in this setting yet.
Although just to add a bit of criticism. While I am for the slow and steady pacing you're going for, I was a bit confused about why they were suddenly on a school trip in the next paragraph when they were just at school in the previous paragraph since there was no indication about it or how much time had just passed. Probably could use a bit of adjustment on that. But I am curious to see where you go from here.
I will say I like how when the scientist is told that one of the spiders is missing, she starts to panic for a bit and when asked what's wrong she puts up a facade to keep everyone calm and in the dark on it. It feels like a more realistic response unlike in the first film where it was just shrugged off without further investigation.
I honestly can't wait to see the next chapter! The Sam Raimi Trilogy crossover with EQG, GENIUS!
When I saw the romance tag, I kind of thought it would be a ship with Peter Parker and Sunset Shimmer! Since there was a Sunset tag?
But I guess we could go with the usual Gwen Stacy X Peter Parker!

Since this is a Sam Raimi Trilogy crossover with EQG, that means this Peter is going to have organic spider webbing. And I would love to see characters argue in the story that people say his name is Spider-Man, so he makes his web from his body, and some say no, that's not right; he probably makes it in a lab called the Spider-Cave ( from the spider-verse movie), the Spider Den, the Net or the WEB.
This story keeps getting better and better!
