And as the guardian of dimensions, telling others about his existence would unbalance the timeline or even destroy a dimension. After killing that traitor, Joemath nearly lost hope, but after witnessing Rogers's kind heart, he decided to give them another chance. Therefore, if a displaced spoiled the existence of the god of dimension, something really really bad could happen.

Okay. It's just I fear that Twilight and her Friends could be suspicious on Spike's rather "strange behaviour", and "different" personality, and being OOC sometimes ( Which is our Human of course.). And would it be weird that Spike suddenly got OP Powers like the Eyes, Multiple Justu's, and even befriend a Giant Sexy Fox Chick, and possibly other Girls ( From the Animes that he had choose) .

Maybe. It's just that since Joemath have said that IF the Ponies will learn about the Human's Identify, Anime Powers, and that the Real Spike has Died. It would have Severe Consequences of the MLP Universe/Dimension being in danger.
But the twist of it all? Is that our Former Human/Spike 2.0 didn't tell them of course. But instead, they did on their own ( Basically Pinkie Pie figure it out on her own, or Twilight using Smarts of seeing Spike "Weird/Strange" Behavior and Different Personality, or even Rarity with her Detective Skills).
Basically, all I saying is that our Human/Spike 2.0 Protagonist, and even Joemath didn't have the foresight of the Ponies being Smart enough ( Or Wacky like Pinkie Pie or even Discord) figuring out the truth on their own.
Or have underestimated them that the Ponies can't figure it out, because those two thought they were ignorant to know the Multiverse Theory or think outside the box.
1. Like having Pinkie Pie's Randomness, and Fourth Wall Breaks and Knowledge. 2. Twilight's Brain Smarts to think outside the box, or see some small details. Like exposing Chrysalis disguise In the Infamous Canterlot Wedding for example.
3. And Rarity does have Detective Skills to see that Spike 2.0 is kinda not acting like the Original Spike? 4. Heck, What If Discord learn about it on his own as well? I mean, Discord and Spike are "Dungeon's and Dragon's" Buddies. And learning the truth will devastate him.
You see why I'm concerned?
But, like you said. You made a smart idea to have Joemath to use his God Powers to Block or Nerf Pinkie Pie's Fourth Wall Breaking/Knowledge Powers, without messing with her unique Character. And maybe have Discord to not spoil anything as well with his Chaos Powers, and his own Fourth Wall Breaking/Knowledge Powers) .
And maybe have Joemath help Spike 2.0 to don't act Too OOC ( Out Of Character) that Twilight or Rarity will notice it.
P.S. I forget about Applejack. Because I have seen some other stories that she can detect Lies/White Lies from the Displaced or something? Like a Living Lie Detector or like Toph from Avatar: TLA Series. So, maybe have Joemath keep Applejack from looking though Spike 2.0's White Lies as well?
