1. Yes, poor Sunset as she was left to be alone with no one willing to listen to her.
2. They were very OOC because they were so quick to just believe it was Sunset and abandon her instead of being there for her, like Princess Twilight wanted them to do. And especially with them being the elements of harmony and harnessing the magic of friendship. If I remember correctly, Anon-A-Miss takes place after Rainbow Rocks, so Sunset will have had her redemption and is considered to truly be one of the group, so it feels so wrong for everyone else to just so quickly believe that she's turned bad again.

2. I didn't say the first movie wasn't poorly written, because I do think it is in places, that being one of them. I just don't think, in Anon-A-miss, it was a good representation on who were supposed to be the representatives of friendship just for the writing to make them... not that. It is dumb, I will say, and I do think they could have done way better when they talked to Sunset, and it's part of the reason why I personally can't enjoy that story. Also just think about that situation realistically. No way in real life, even if they were stupid, would people just abandon their friend at an instant.
