Well the story is clearly in response to people not wanting evil children with zero shred of remorse and even less intention to be in public, but decides to go further and say we want to kill babies. Because that's not completely insane, out of touch, or extremely ignorant. Cozy Glow is one of the few truths this show actually has: some kids are just bad seeds. They go on to be like Lamilton Taeshawn.
