I had a weird feeling "Giggle at the Ghosties" was going to show up. It's a little weird for the queen to send one guy with a knife to deal with 10 people and a dog. Shouldn't she have sent one or two others to distract or incapacitate everyone except Snow White?

I don't think that's the key issue. The issue I'm having is that the addition of the new dwarves feels unnecessary as if you added them just for the sake of adding them and not because they were needed for the story. Hopefully, the next few chapters end up proving me wrong.

The girls seem to be a little short on dialogue with the last couple of chapters. Not having much dialogue makes the scenes feel as if the girls aren't involved in them even if you didn't intend it that way.

Maybe for the handwashing scene, you could have them laugh at how silly the dwarves are being. You could also have had Pinkie, Sunset, and maybe one other girl do more to try to get the soap out of Dopey. In the part where the dwarves jump Grumpy, they could be like " What are they doing?" and "I don't know, " and then, Fluttershy could be all "Oh my goodness! Please be gentle! You don't want to hurt him." Maybe RD and/or AJ could have started a water fight, and Rarity could have even gotten her clothes or hair wet in the ensuing chaos and started freaking out or something. Just try to put yourself in the girls' position and think of what a real-life human being with personality traits similar to theirs would do in that kind of a situation.
Then, where did the guy who sells the organs get it from? I mean, organs don't just magically come from nowhere. The guy who sold Hubert the heart would have had to most likely be a butcher, which means the guy had to have killed something in order to get it.
What? Was the heart made of ballistics gel? Even with that explanation, an animal will need to be harmed because ballistics gel is made out of gelatin, which is an animal byproduct. If that heart was made out of anything else, I would question how Hubert was able to fool the queen with it. Of course, there's always the possibility that Hubert bought the heart off of a wizard who magically enchanted a piece of wood, metal, glass, etc. so well that the fake was able to fool the queen into seeing it as a real heart.
Perhaps he did get it from a wizard, who wanted gold in exchange for some way to get back at The Evil Queen for banishing him after asking for too much money. That's why I made it that way, to add a sense of mystery in the story.
Yeah, see how well you incorporated Lank and Bulk to this chapter? That's what you need to do with the girls and the rest of your OCs.
