Considering it mentions that Rarity's in heat and comments joking about her getting pregnant, I have a serious, but very strange question.

Does Spike's seed grow to its relatively normal size as well? I know it's trying to bring logic to a fetish story, but it is also kind of relevant for two reasons: 1) if it stays at the size it currently is, most likely the sperm would die off before even being close to getting her pregnant; and 2) if it does suddenly grow in size, that means in approximately half an hour, Rarity will suddenly find semen dripping from her sex with no idea how it got there.

Also, if Spike is courageous enough to do so again, he could possibly make it all the way to the cervix. In his miniature, he could use the entrance as an orifice, ejaculating directly into her womb. Add in it then returning to normal size and...
