well, Rosario + Vampire is half of the inspiration along with a dream I had. Kill la Kill or the main character, was the inspiration for Amore. Though I've aimed to refine my idea in this rewrite which I think is going well thus far. I'm glad you think it's good and hopes you see where it goes as I progress through it.

I can see that. It's possible the anime title was the influence for this title, but it's been so long since I came up with this I wouldn't be able to remember. I know that all the DMM titles I come up with have dances in their titles.

I'm very glad to hear that you believe it's getting better.
In terms of what I've changed? I've taken the base concept of DMM, it's setting and such, then reworked as much as I felt needed. The backstory of Amore for example. The students at the academy now being all the next generation or young fillies in the show aged up. I wanted things to feel comfortable and flow in a way which was vastly improved from the original. The backstory, history, character placement etc. The original was loved and had charm but I felt after a while things were wrong in places. So, I fixed it by remoulding it out of the same materials but improving the quality by a great margin.

It's good to be back, hopefully a bit more consistently. I started uni last September so I've been working on that quite a bit. Hopefully people continue to enjoy DMM now I'm able to carry on.
