One Last Hug Tackle!

Spike and Flurry stood waiting outside the Castel, Spike had his bag's pack and was ready to go, Flurry was trying to convince him to stay the night

"Please" She begged "Just one more day?"

"If I stay, you'll just do this tomorrow" Spike replied, "And besides I have to do something important with Luna today."

"You're just gonna go harass an author!" She complained

"And an Artist if it's more than one pony working on it," Spike said with determination, he looked down and saw her pulling the Puppy dog eye's "Nice try, but I have worked up an immunity to that over the week"

"Shoot" Flurry muttered "I should have saved it"

"Yoohoo!" Cadence called, grabbing their attention, the two looked over and waved as the duo appeared. Flurry squealed and ran to her mother

"Mommy!" She squealed in excitement, Spike sighed as he watched

"Now to escape," he said as he picked up his bag and Gave Shining a salute, Shining saluted back and got behind his daughter so she wouldn't notice Spike leaving until it was too late to for her to stop him. Spike slinked around them and began walking to train station to meet up with Luna,

"How was your trip" Flurry asked

"Uneventful" Shining said with a shrug "We went to Maris and had a nice quiet week together," Shining smiled, Cadence tucked her daughter under her wing

"It was fun, but we were bored of it by the middle of the week"

"They why didn't you just come home early?" Flurry asked as they began walking to the castle

"We figured you wouldn't forgive us if we came home and Spike had to leave early," She said "You know how he is, doesn't like staying unless he's needed"

"Yeah, he doesn't like being a bother," Flurry said happily, after a second she froze and turned on the spot, Spike meanwhile had just felt a cold chill run down his back

"Sensory Spell." he sighed as he turned and braced for the impact, Flurry shot off like a rocket and her parents watched her go

"She's getting better at that spell," Shining said "at some point, she's gonna realize she can just prevent Spike from leaving the castle"

"And I'll intervein when that time comes" Cadence responded as they watched a Mushroom cloud spring up in the distance"

"I almost got away with it to" Spike laughed "It is weren't for that meddling kid and her Sensory spells"

"You where gonna leave without saying goodbye!?" She demanded, Spike shrugged

"Please, we both know you were gonna do everything in your power to get me to stay," He got up and she squeezed him "and I no longer have any solid reason to be here with your parent's back" Flurry squeezed him harder

"You could be my tutor!" She pleased "Or you could work in our Library" Spike opened his mouth, then closed it in though, then shook his head

"No, no, My job is Twilight's assistant, and until the time comes where she no longer requires my assistants I shall stay by her side," Spike smiled "But you do realize the mistake your making right?" Spike asked getting a confused frown back.

"What mistake?" She asked

"What's stopping you from visiting me?" He asked. Flurry looked up at him in stunned silence, then gasped

"What is stopping me!?" She demanded

"Well try and get your parents to set up something so you can visit Twilight, and me" Spike smiled as he escaped her grasp "Now I have to go Kiddo, the Crystal Ponies are descending, Love you!" he called as he ran from the upcoming mob of Crystal admirers!" Flurry flew into the air and back home, thinking of how to ask to go visit Twilight and Spike. Spike meanwhile turned a corner and found the ponies had surrounded him

"oh cram" he sighed as they descended, only to be surrounded in an aura and teleported onto the train, he blinked and looked over at Luna, who was relaxing in her first class seat with him

"Ready to get this guy?" she asked offering him a Drink

"More than Ready, got his address?"

"Done and Done" Luna responded as the Train began moving

"Let's end this then," Spike said angrily as he took a sip of his drink, and with that, the two rode off into the sunset, determined to get their vengeance on some random pony they'd never met.
