The diligent Princess Celestia is a pony that could always be seen hard at work with her usual daily chores. Breaks are almost unheard of for the Princess of the Sun and vacations are even rarer. Her sister Luna eventually intervenes, providing a rather unorthodox method of forcing Celestia to take a much needed vacation.

This is cute and fluffy! There's not creepy mindwipe/reality warp/permanent regression. Just light fluffiness of Celestia being a foal.
Again there's the issue of mixing up "its" and "it's".
Not a bad comission, but it seems like it ends a bit abruptly. Unless the one comissioning it specifically wanted that or you have plans to do a sequel to this, I would've liked something a little more closing. Celestia just seemed to be getting used to the idea of being a foal by the story's end.

Why does Celestia act like she's afraid to be alone after she was alone in her room for hours?
I would think Celestia would try to still act very regal, even as a foal. That's simply her instincts even if it looks ridicules.
I wouldn't think Luna would cut short the party for Celestia. She would put Celestia to bed and then get back to the ball.
