...... Im guessing Flash...isn't a Tenno....Maybe someone who is allied with them? Cause unless he ment himself as well when he said Lock and load....
7513634 Well, Some of it is conjuncture, but there are a few hints in the game. Corpus is an orokin word. It means family. Second, Hunhow himself identified Alad V as an Orokin during the Second Dream. As for the Lotus, the answer is in the quest Natah. The Lotus explain she and Hunhow were the Sentient's latest plan to defeat the Orokin. They were the first Sentients that travelled the Void to invade the Origin System, act which caused irreparable damage, rendering them unable to have children. Natah was to infiltrate the Orokin ranks and become the Tenno's handler. She had 3 directives : slay the Orokin, destroy the pluto solar rail that gave access to the Tau system (which the Sentients were sent to colonize by the Orokin btw), and third to destroy the Tenno and the Warframes. She did the first two, but grew attached to the Tenno. So instead she saved us, placed our bodies in the moon and hid the moon into the Void to keep us safe.
As for the Warframe project, it was in fact two projects that individually had failed. Story tell us they experimented on children to make Void-wielding soldiers. That failed. When they realized they weren't getting results, they decided to kill off the children, but Margulis, who was to them practically a surrogate mother, argued against them, and got slain for her troubles. The other project were the Warframes, and you can find traces of it in the Rhyno Prime codex entry. During the incident noted there, they discovered the Ahriman children could control the Tennogen creations through their dreams, leading to the Warframe project. Yep, infested and Warframes have the same flesh, as Phorid, Lephantis,... keep reminding us!
And the silver Grove update just threw us new intel! It seems the Transference can be used by non Tenno as well, and that Warframes indeed have Void powers of their own (as in, not just when controlled by a Tenno! And Ordis's cephalon fragments tell that the Cephalon making process is rather gruesome! And that Orokin were true immortals who could not be killed by just slaying their bodies. I'm guessing Sentients too, considering Teshin's words : "Out there exist an enemy that can be struck down, incapacitated, dismantled, and yet they rise up to fight again. Annihilate the opposing team's Oro, to claim true victory." Really can't wait for the War Within update... I want more lore!!!
EDIT:
Well, I should perhaps give my opinion on this fic, seeing how far I've read it.
Overall, I appreciate it. You've made an interesting OC and balanced his abilities and the world to make the story interesting.
That said, I'm kind of deeply invested in the Warframe lore, got a ton of theories of my own regarding the missing bits of lore, and I find it hard to follow your own interpretation of lore, especially how you have placed modern earth. I honestly find those moments... jarring...
Well, I can't say for sure when you started, and I began Warframe back when nobody knew what the Orokin or the Sentients were, not even DE (such as when the Lotus's quotes were implying she was not a single being but a whole shadowy organization), so I can't fault you for having this interpretation of the lore. I just can't get too invested in any parts regarding the old Earth.
This aside, there were a few minor issues here and there where it feels as though reality was shoved aside a little too obviously in order to make something more awesome. Example, in the fight against Sombra, getting practically dead then somehow getting back the endurance to fight on (a classic in fighting movies too) and only after his near death does he used Exalted Blade (You'd think against a tough opponent he'd play a bit more carefully and use his full arsenal...)
Second main example is when it turns out he's the first Tenno cause he was the only one brave enough to try the Tennogen virus. Seriously, nobody else was brave enough? In the desperate world you've painted, people suicidal or determined enough would be a dime a dozen! I could buy it if there were other volunteers but they failed to bond with the virus and became Infested instead, and he was the first success
though as you can see, those are just nitpicks. So... Keep it up!
Hoo boy...
7517077 That was Excalibur talking to himself. Human Flash knows nothing.
My point exactly to Cadence! Still like the mare. Well done to end this Chapter brah, well done.

I really need to look at the lore again... It's been so long since I did Second Dream and scanned the simaris target before that changed.
Margulis was one of the head project leaders to the Warframe project. If you've done The Silver Grove it expands to her involvement. She didnt want to see children die yadda yadda yadda for her betrayal she was executed.
So does the operator. "We're immune but yet they still try to kill us." that only means one thing. Yeah the Warframe is an infested surrogate.
...MOAR
7517107
I can't help but correct you:
It's Children of Zariman. Zariman 10-0 to be more precise.
And the virus is called Technocyte. Tennogen is the name of Warframe Steam workshop items.
7517344 Actually the Tennogen was my fault. I put it in as a placeholder and meant to change it. But i decided to keep it and will add the Tennocyte later.
I think Excalibur doing a vulcan neck pinch would have been cooler
7517107 Well he had Sombra on the ropes before his failure, so... using full arsenal... meh... along with how he wasn't in his right mind to begin with. Along with him being first, its the fact that there is an entire civilization built into a mountain. There is also the fact that he happened to stumble into a top secret room because someone was stupid enough to basically leave the door open. No one really knew about the virus or the suit because it was top secret and only a select few knew about it. Yeah when I started the game it was basically a glorified Halo game with little story and a lot of action. Over the course of three years the game has exploded. With the Orokin, Sentients, expansion on the Corpus and Grineer and the soon to be Teshin, the game as you know is always changing. So with that in mind, when i started this story the Second Dream was so unknown that nobody saw that twist. If I had started after Second Dream and U19 this story would be much much different. As a writer and a gamer, its hard to keep up with so much while trying to fill in the gaps. So i screwed with a ton of areas while trying to keep to what i can with the suit v operator universe.
How long do you say untill i can expect the next chapter?
7517985 I try for each week, friday or saturday to be exact. But i start school tomorrow so... but i still shoot for that same deadline because that is the one i put in place when i started.
7517344
Ohh, I didn't even realise those. Thanks for the the correction

Like I said, this is one of those fics where I can't properly judge the faithfullness to the original material, considering Warframe started with basically no lore, and what little it had actually changed over the course to what we have now. I'm just hoping the devs now have a good idea of where they want the story to go so they won't need to retcon any more bits of the lore!
And, I may be a bit too eager with my own arguments. Warframe being originally two projects is still conjecture on my part. True, current lore bits (Second Dream and Rhino codex to cite a few) support it rather strongly, there is no outright confirmation that I remember, so there might be a twist in there... Which is why I really can't wait for War Within... I mean, it seems this one will reveal more about the Warframes themselves, like Second Dream revealed about the Tenno... If you can't tell, I'm overhyped. I even prepared tools to record myself playing as well as Fashion-Framed the Warframe I'll use and my Tenno...
But I'm getting off topic..
In conclusion: I've reached chapter 30, I'm enjoying this fic a lot so far.
Thank you for the lessons in this chapter
7518710 kk tanks fer ta infoz
7526786 Its less gun fights and more hiding in plain sight. I have no idea what you are planning but its a kind of "Hey look superheros!" for part of a few chapters and the seriousness takes place in the chapter I need to post to finish the EG universe for the moment.
XD that ending!!
BTW. I NEED MOAR!!!
7528846 Soon
Can't wait till next update
It's moments like this i love, it's good to reread some of the good shit like this story.
The whole artery thing is actually true to my memory. Let's see here...
"Okinawan Slap"
It is a self-defense technique that causes rapid oxygen loss to the brain rendering the assailant unconscious. Still don't try it unless you are being physically assaulted.

Yeah, that's a hard slap to the side of the neck, my vision of this was a jab right to the front of the neck... eh, whatever works.
Seriously. Fhe guy was fast enough to avoid the crash but his daughter wasnt. Does that fucking mean he bailed out of the vehicle and ditched his own child?
Actually about the artery thing. You CAN do something similar. Block bloodflow in just the right way and you can cause locked in syndrome.
